Inception Device
By popular request I enqueued Edith Piaf’s “Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien”. Regrettably, I do not remember any manifestation of it in my dream, nor see any observable effects from fREM.

My suspicion is that it is too calm or was too quite, but I will keep it on file and try again on a rainy day. Perhaps a little louder. Until then I will go back to my original plan of using snippets from my favorite vocal and progressive trance songs.

The moment of inception featured above does, however, highlight an interesting phenomenon that I have been noticing; the breath can sometimes be seen in the trend of the peaks and troughs of the heartbeat.

M-Band Noise
The audio track had an immediate and observable effect on my eye movements again. It took well over a minute to detect REM, however, but the onset was abnormally noisy and rapid.

I removed the halograph at 03h20 after a long dream. I want to believe that the Frequency Monitor records M Band noise when it idles.

Electronically Induced Lucid Dream
The featured minute shows the detection of a dream within the first 30 seconds of REM sleep. The start of fREM is when it detected blinking and played Voodoo People by The Prodigy. The subsequent pause indicates lucidity triggered by the song and the final quake might just be human flight. Or at least a giant leap.

Rapid Eye Movement
For you tread on my dreams. This is the first entry; a recording of my movements while asleep. The 2745 data points collected in the minute above show the onset of REM sleep. The start of a dream.
