Overall, it took me 15-20 minutes to fall asleep while practicing this.
The sensation I felt the most was the blood inside the two fingers I held both mouse buttons with rushing towards that point.
I used that sensation to keep a low level of consciousness. I eventually let go of the buttons and heard the Anthem.mp3 file play and immediately went back to pressing the buttons on the mouse.
I’ll try my best to keep practicing this technique. I think I can pull off a WILD if I try hard enough. It should be easier to do after a Wake Back To Bed to help with the chance of inducing a WILD.

Great stuff! After the fourth and last time that the anthem fired during the WBTB run you clicked the button around 20 times between 0521 and 0525. Did the clicking sound from letting go wake you up each time or were you just trying to get a comfortable grip?
There was a certain period of time where I had to twitch my fingers a little bit. I taped my hand to the mouse so that it wouldn’t fall off to the side of the bed. So I moved my hand away from the taped and tried to get back to a stable grip.
At the last part, I’m not sure why I clicked it around 20 times. Maybe because I was experiencing emotions during the dreams, I had my fingers pretty close to the buttons to where if I make any sudden hand movements, it would most likely press on the left and right buttons of the mouse.
I’m going to try the method again after I sleep for a few hours for a WBTB+WILD. Since I taped the mouse with my left hand, I’ll wrap my Blackberry Curve on my right wrist so that in case I forget about the Anthem mp3 file initiating when I let go, I can still retain some consciousness that there is a phone vibrating on my right wrist. (I downloaded an app that basically can make a Blackberry phone vibrate continuously. I tried putting it on my ankle and letting it vibrate before attempting the FIELD method, but I think if I put it on my right wrist, I might get better results.
The reason being is that I’ve noticed when I let go of the mouse buttons, if I hold on to them again and let go of them within 10-20 seconds, the Anthem wouldn’t play again. So hopefully the vibrations on my right wrist will remind me to think “Oh, I should be holding a mouse with my left hand.” And I’ll just do it naturally without opening my eyes or making sudden movements.
