ET SOS CONSCIOUS
Inspired by Bob’s blink based input device on Hack a Day and Intel’s App Innovation award, I now have the TCMP channel working with the NeuroSky MindWave and other ThinkGear EEG compatible devices. Although the learning curve is much greater, I want to believe that the improved transmission rate and ability to communicate with closed eyes from deeper states might make it worth it for some.

A dot is a gentle blink, so that the NeuroSky EEG channel spikes above 500, but below 900. A dash is more of a frown, or wink or raising of the eyebrows so that the NeuroSky EEG channel spikes above 900. To practice, reference the International Morse Code chart. Start with some E’s (dots) and then a T (dash). Then say SOS and finally CONSCIOUS.
