Last night’s recording shows the INSPEC catching REM sleep in two positions; first while lying on my back, and then again a few minutes later after I rolled onto my side.

The initial dream faded quickly after the audio cue, even after I tried stabilizing it by just observing, but I was able continue dreaming with lucidity after turning to my default side position and keeping still for a few minutes.
