
I didn’t do so well this time. Slept late again for some reason.
Remembered two more dreams after trying out FIELD.
Had 6 dreams recalled before that (probably more, but I just put them as dream fragments (one or two)).
Have to tape not only my hand, but also the position I’m holding it on the bed so it won’t go crazy and click random applications and not record the data right.
Think I better incorporate breathing to this technique so my mind can be free, and all that I’ll think about is if I’m still holding the mouse and entering the dream state.

Another tip: do the WBTB when it is still dark outside (after 2-3 hours of sleep) and minimize the amount of light in the room.
Thanks, I was afraid to wake up after such a short time actually since I would be in my Non-REM stages, but I guess it’s worth a shot.
